The major job of the members of the group, Dark Skin Women's Movement is to praise black women, mainly, dark skinned women or black women with color. The group is very necessary. Black women have been put down the most and people are saying terrible things about black women that is just not completely true. If we don't change this and do something about it, then nobody will! It is our duty to ensure that black women are represented fairly and as the beautiful queen that she has been throughout time.

Black women need praise now more than ever. Recently there has been debasing articles that praises black men for being attractive but implies that biologically, black women are the most unattractive gender, which is nonsense. Black men are speaking out against ghetto black women, and in doing this, they are including all black women into this category. Sound familiar? That is the same racism that occurs in mainstream media when one black man does something wrong and then people assume that it must be all black people.

Dark Skin Women's Movement is an important group because black women need to feel as special as they truly are. No woman on the planet should be ashamed of herself. And black women should not feel like they have to go to the store and spend money they don't have on weaves, perms and other nonsense. 

Black women should not feel like their eyes are too dark, or that their skin is too dark.  

Dark skin black women deserve to be proud and respected for the content of melanin that they posses in their skin, making everyone jealous of it.

Because melanin is one of the most beautiful chemicals on planet earth.

I am asking my Nubian black queens to join me in an effort to set things right with social media on Dark Skinned Women. Once we set the record straight, black men will eventually realize how dumb they were to deny you in the first place.
